These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Dube False Ceiling ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
2. Services
We provide premium false ceiling design and installation services across Gandhinagar and surrounding areas. Quotes provided are estimates and are subject to change following an in-person site inspection. The final scope of work, timeline, and pricing will be documented in a formal agreement before the commencement of any work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your specific project agreement. Generally, we require an initial deposit before work commences, with subsequent milestone payments as the project progresses, and a final payment upon completion and your satisfaction with the work.
4. Site Access and Preparation
You agree to provide our team with safe and unhindered access to the project site during agreed-upon working hours. It is your responsibility to ensure the site is ready for our work to begin, including the removal of fragile items and furniture from the immediate work area unless otherwise agreed.
5. Warranties and Liability
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and the materials we supply for a specified period outlined in your project contract. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or structural issues unrelated to our false ceiling installation.
In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Service.
