1. Exchange of Defective Materials
Quality is our priority. If any materials delivered to your site (such as cracked boards, bent frames, or faulty lighting fixtures supplied by us) are found to be defective before or during installation, we will exchange them immediately at no extra cost to you.
2. Return of Unused Materials
We estimate material requirements meticulously. However, if there are full, undamaged, and unused units (e.g., unopened boxes, full boards) left over after project completion, our team will retrieve them. The cost of these unused, standardized materials will be deducted from your final invoice. Custom-ordered or altered materials cannot be returned or adjusted.
3. Workmanship "Exchange" (Service Corrections)
Since we provide a service rather than retail products, "exchanges" regarding the final look refer to workmanship corrections. If the installed ceiling does not match the agreed-upon design specifications or has finishing defects, we will correct ("exchange") the work. Please report such issues before the final handover and payment.
4. Changes in Design
If you decide to change the design or material type after materials have been delivered but before installation begins, an exchange of materials may be possible subject to a restocking fee and payment of any price difference for the new materials.
