1. Canceling a Scheduled Installation
We understand that construction and renovation schedules can change. If you need to cancel or postpone your false ceiling installation, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date. Early cancellations allow us to reallocate our workforce efficiently.
2. Cancellation Fees
- Notice over 48 hours: No cancellation fee. Advance payments will be fully refunded, provided materials have not yet been dispatched or customized.
- Notice under 48 hours: A minimal cancellation fee may apply to cover scheduling losses, which will be deducted from your advance payment.
3. Cancellations After Material Procurement
If materials specific to your design (e.g., custom gypsum boards, specific PVC panels, or unique lighting fixtures) have already been procured or delivered to the site, the cost of these materials and transportation will be deducted from your advance payment upon cancellation. The materials will remain your property.
4. Cancellation by Dube False Ceiling
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, material unavailability, or workforce constraints. In such rare instances, we will work with you to arrange a suitable alternative date or provide a full refund of any advances paid.
