1. Delivery of Installation Materials
As a false ceiling contractor, our "shipping" pertains to the physical delivery of materials (gypsum boards, metal framing, PVC panels, POP bags, etc.) to your residential or commercial site in Gandhinagar and surrounding areas.
2. Delivery Scheduling
Materials are typically delivered 1 to 2 days prior to the commencement of the installation, or on the first morning of the project. Our logistics team will coordinate with you to ensure someone is available at the site to provide access.
3. Transportation Charges
Unless explicitly stated in your project quotation, transportation and unloading charges are included in the overall project cost. If your site is located outside our standard service area, additional transportation fees may apply, which will be discussed and agreed upon before finalization.
4. Site Access and Unloading
We request that a clear path and adequate storage space be provided at the site for unloading materials. If the site is situated on higher floors without elevator access for heavy materials, labor surcharges may apply for manual lifting.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Our team ensures all materials are in perfect condition upon dispatch. We encourage clients to inspect the materials upon delivery. If any damage is observed, please notify the site supervisor immediately so replacements can be arranged without delaying the project.
